Project RGB (Raising Generations of Builders) goes beyond the status quo of youth development. We are not 'training' them to be great employees, entrepreneurs, or students. We are raising them to be great leaders, thinkers, dreamers, and doers. But first, they must become great human beings.

Behind every great leader, thinker, dreamer, or doer, someone not only taught them, but assisted in their development by raising them in some capacity. Whether it be a parent/guardian, neighbor, social worker, teacher, or family friend, being nurtured on how to be a great human being is the foundation of accomplishing great things.

How does Project RGB do that?

We are not in existence to do this alone - life was not created to be lived that way. Why should we be any different? We do not teach young people cookie-cutter principles, we collaborate with them to identify the path they want to walk in life.
What does Project RGB do?

We pride ourselves on presenting the concept of adult life in a palatable way for Project RGB Scholars. By giving them foundational life tools such as budgeting, customer service, post-secondary academic expectations, time management, professional writing, etc., we allow them to slowly adapt to the realities of life after high school. Additionally, we focus on the individual by diving into social-emotional health and familial/community connectivity.
Through partnerships with colleges, universities, vocational/trade schools, the US military, entrepreneurs, or artisan professionals, Project RGB Scholars will be able to create their own career pathway, and are more prepared to encounter challenges when they arise.

you've been given." - Justin J. Lewis
